How many people will be in the basket?
Our typical basket can accommodate up to 8 adults depending on a few variables such as the temperature outside and combined weight of the group. Please reach out if you are looking for a private basket reservation.
Are balloon pilots certified by the FAA?
Yes, and we are additionally required to pass a biennial flight exam and attend yearly safety seminars.
How much does a flight cost:
$335 per adult, $295 per child (must be at least 6 years old to ride in the balloon).

What time are the flights?
Flights always operate in the morning. The exact time depends on the time of year and daily weather conditions.
What should I wear?
Wear warm, comfortable boots or shoes and layered clothing.
Can I go to the bathroom at the launch field?
There are limited restroom facilities at the launch site so try to plan ahead.
Will it be cold?
This depends on the time of year. Temperatures are normally warmer in the balloon than on the ground. Additionally, as we move at the speed of the air currents there is no wind chill. The basket is very stable and does not wobble around during the flight.
Will we fly if it’s snowing, raining, or windy?
All flights are weather permitting. We do not fly in windy, rainy or snowy conditions. If we have to cancel a flight, you will be fully refunded.
How can I pay for the flight?
Please bring cash, credit card, or pay by Venmo at the launch site. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hour prior cancellation is appreciated. Cancellation after 6pm the evening prior and the morning of the flight will incur the full per person charge.
